Ketogenic diet

Many people believe that the ketogenic diet is healthy and effective, but that it also has disadvantages such as a one-sided diet, lots of fat, complicated diet plans, long "maths" and expensive special foods. This course will dispel all these prejudices and half-truths and show you how you can easily get started with a ketogenic diet and how it can be integrated into your everyday life. As a participant in the Keto Retreat, you will receive the knowledge and quick tips you need to change your diet and achieve your health and figure goals more quickly.

Programme

  • Arrival on Sunday & own leisure activities
  • Monday to Thursday; 09:00 - 12:00: Course on ketogenic nutrition with nutritionist Julia Tulipan and dietician Daniela Pfeifer
  • free afternoon every day: Use the free afternoon to go hiking, take part in the varied activity and yoga programme or relax with a soothing and supportive treatment from the Naturelle Spa.

Course content

Basics about the ketogenic diet to answer the following questions:

  • Is a ketogenic diet really just a trend?
  • What do you need to know to get started right away?
  • What contraindications, pitfalls and complications can there be?
  • Which foods support ketosis, promote energy and well-being?
  • Is the ketogenic diet also "suitable for everyday use", i.e. can it be implemented in the office, restaurant or on holiday?
  • When should you definitely try the ketogenic diet?
  • Ketogenic diet and (competitive) sport - a super combination!
