Five special days of retreat from routine and refuelling amidst the nature of the Ennstal mountains. This retreat combines vitalising yoga units for the back, joints and fascia from different yoga directions. Experience a nourishing time for your body and mind through relaxation and movement and start the approaching spring with fresh energy. These days are accompanied by yoga and fitness coach Conny Stiegler. The yoga retreat takes place in our beautiful yoga house, facing the sun and with a breathtaking view over the mountain peaks!

Timing:
Arrival day:
- Evening meditation on the day of arrival
- Dinner together on all evenings
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Morning meditation
- 2 x 50 minutes yoga
- 1x 30 minutes relaxation session with tips, strategies and exercises for everyday life
- 1x 45 minutes evening yoga and relaxation
Departure day:
- 1x 50 minutes yoga
- Breakfast together to review the experience.
