Biologist and nutritionist: Julia Tulipan has over a decade of experience in ketogenic nutrition and specializes in its effects on mitochondrial health and performance enhancement. As an author and course director for training as a coach for ketogenic nutrition, she imparts well-founded and practical knowledge.
- Daniela Pfeifer
Dietician Daniela Pfeifer specializes in low-carb and ketogenic nutrition and has more than 25 years of experience in the treatment of metabolic diseases, autoimmune diseases and fatty liver. She is also a course instructor and author of several books on health-oriented nutrition.
Together, Julia and Daniela form a strong team to guide you through the days of the retreat and help you understand and put into practice the principles of a healthy, ketogenic lifestyle.
