Who will guide you on your journey?
Daniela Pfeifer is a dietician specialising in low-carb and ketogenic nutrition, a TCM therapist (specialising in foot reflexology and shiatsu) and a TCM nutritionist for 20 years.
She has over 25 years of professional experience in the following areas:
- non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)
- Metabolic diseases (lipometabolic disorders, diabetes I+II...)
- Autoimmune diseases (especially Hashimoto's disease)
- Cancer diseases
- Author of numerous books on low-carb, ketogenic nutrition, TCM nutrition and liver health.

Important information:
The spa days are very vegetable-heavy. No dairy products, fish or meat are used (but they are not vegan, as they are based on power soup). These detox and regeneration days are very low in calories, but still very filling. There is NO drop in performance!
Additional counselling sessions can be arranged with Mrs Pfeifer and are not included in the price.
