In order to make your holiday planning as flexible as possible, we have adjusted the cancellation conditions:
If you cancel 3 months before departure, our free travel cancellation applies.
Take out our travel cancellation insurance so that you can get your money back at short notice in the event of illness.

From 1.11.2022, the overnight stay tax will increase to EUR 2.50.

Double room: EUR 500,-
Family room: EUR 800,-
Single room: EUR 250,-
Online bookings: EUR 400,-
For travel periods outside of our soft cancellation promotion, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Prices & Conditions
All listed prices include extended half-board and the indicated inclusive services as well as all taxes and duties excluding the overnight tax (€ 2,50 per person and day, from 15 years).
The following VAT rates are charged:
- 20% for massages and treatments
- 10% for accommodation and meals
In case of late arrival, early departure or cancellations the following conditions apply:
We recommend that you take out travel insurance, which you can conveniently purchase online.
Please understand that we cannot make any binding commitments for room numbers and floors.

In the event of a cancellation, we will convert your deposit into a value voucher which can be redeemed at a new desired date. A refund of the deposit is subject to a fee of EUR 30,- for processing.
Your stay
Arrival
Booked rooms are available from 15:00. If you arrive in the morning, we will be happy to provide you with our changing room. You can leave your luggage in the lockers and use our wellness area for an extra charge of € 25.00 per person (incl. cake buffet in winter or lunch buffet in summer). If you arrive after 19:00, please let us know by telephone.
Rooms
All rooms are non-smoking. The wellness area, lounges and dining rooms are non-smoking areas. However, you will find a cosy smokers' lounge right next to our house bar.
Included wellness treatments
Our Premium Alpin SPA team will book your appointments for the included wellness treatments from the booked package for you in advance. For discounted wellness treatments from packages, appointments are scheduled between 8:00 and 15:00. You are welcome to contact us in advance to let us know your preferred appointment time. If you do not contact us in advance regarding an appointment, you will receive the appointment for your treatment from our reception staff upon your arrival. The included wellness treatments cannot be exchanged for other treatments or refunded. Treatments not consumed cannot be postponed and expire upon your departure. In order to be able to optimally arrange our appointment calendar, we kindly ask you to inform us 24:00 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Four-legged friends
Dogs are welcome in the hotel. We charge € 20,00 per day for your four-legged friend. Dogs are not allowed in the lobby, restaurant, bar and wellness area. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the garden area.
Departure
On departure, the room will be ready until 11:00 am. You are welcome to use the wellness area after check-out (incl. cake buffet in winter or lunch buffet in summer). Our changing room with lockers, shower and hairdryer is at your disposal! For your SPA pleasure on the day of departure we charge € 25,00 per person.
