The most important thing for us is to use high-quality ingredients in all their facets, lovingly hand-crafted and playfully inventive to create delicious compositions. We mainly use food from our own garden and organic products from the region. This avoids unnecessarily long transport routes, strengthens the region and allows you to enjoy natural flavours that only nature can create.
