would you like a refreshing aperitif before the gourmet menu in the evening? Or would you prefer a full-bodied digestif afterwards? In both cases, our house bar "Der Alchemist" is the perfect place to toast to a wonderful day. Whether beer, wine or cocktail - the selection is incredibly large and mysteriously sophisticated at the same time. You can also enjoy a flavoursome cheese buffet after dinner.

First a summer aperitif, then a glass of white wine with your local char? Our wine cellar is known throughout the region for its more than 300 fine and exquisite wines. Our restaurant management will be happy to recommend the right wine for your culinary choice.
